Supporting QMC

Sponsorships help Queen’s Midnight Club cover the costs of hosting our events and allow us to create bigger, more engaging experiences for students and the Kingston community.

Your support helps fund essential event expenses such as venue rentals, equipment, entertainment, marketing, operations, and other costs that make our events possible. It also helps us continue organizing more automotive events, community initiatives, and memorable experiences throughout the year.

We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities for businesses and organizations looking to connect with Queen’s students, local car enthusiasts, and the broader Kingston community.

To learn more, please fill out the sponsorship inquiry form below or email us at midnight@clubs.queensmc.ca to receive our sponsorship package.
